Hi guys,
I arrived at the hospital at 2pm on 27th October for medical clearance and Covid-19 screening. I was a bit surprised over the number of things they checked, blood test, urine test, EKG, X-Ray but I was eventually cleared by the doctor and to finish things off I then tested negative for Covid-19.
I had a good talk with Dr Nitin, he looked surprisingly young but told me that he had done 50+ implants over the past years and not a single case of infection or malfunction so far. He took a quick measure of my dick and avoided my next question by saying that I had a good-sized penis and that he would use his largest available implant, Titan touch 22 with RTE’s.
I stayed over in Pattaya and left the hotel at 8am to arrive BPH at 8:30am as instructed by the nurses at the Urology Center. After having paid for the surgery at the cashier’s office, I then checked in to my room at the hospital where I spent a few hours before getting transferred to the pre-op room where I was prepared for the anesthesia. At 12:00 I was rolled over to the room for the surgery and was put to sleep shortly after.
I woke up in the observation room at 15:00 and was back in my room at 3:30pm. The evening was uneventful, the nurses came back every hour to check blood pressure, oxygen level and temperature.
This morning Doctor Nitin dropped by, cleaned up the wound and gave me some instructions for the coming week until I see him again on Friday 4th November. After this I checked out from the hospital at 10am and went back to my place in Bangkok.
I am now inflated roughly 60-70% and the doctor claims that this will help me to get a good shape. So far, I am not in any real pain, the ball sac is swollen and it’s for sure difficult to find a good position to rest but when I stay still it is not too bad. He told me not to cycle the thing until 2 weeks after the surgery and that I should not use it for sex until 6 weeks post-surgery. Let’s see…

The surgery including 1 night at the hospital was 650,000 baht, roughly 17,100 USD.
On 27th October I did the pre surgery medical checkup which set me back 3,300 baht, around 87 USD. I would expect the follow up on 4th November to be something similar, so total cost excluding travel and travel expenses will land at 17,300 USD

Thanks for the responses, I am adding a few pics to show the progress. It's now roughly 48 hours since my surgery and I am healing well without too much discomfort.

Thank you for the update.

Do you know how much the hospital stay costed? Could you have left the same day as the surgery if you wanted too?
