implant and jelqing

So at approx 9 months post op, I get semi hard natural erections around implants. It adds about 1/2" to length and 1/2" to girth. I am wanting to get a more blood flow IE harder erections in head and urethra area. Would jelqing be an option? I feel it is not going to benefit my partner unless it gets nice and hard.

Absolutely do not jelq with an implant. Especially if you have a Titan. But either way, you will not gain any length by jelquing. You can only screw things up. Nice and Hard? Your implant should be rock hard if fully inflated.

Considering sex is harder than jelqing, I am surprised it would damage. It is basically a gentle stroke in one direction. The reason is because my girth is not what it was. I am 4 3/8" near head and 4 1/2" girth overall. When I get blood flow from gently jelqing it engorges underneath the two units in the urethra area and I go to 5" girth. I am just trying to encourage blood flow where I should be getting natural erections IE head and urethra. I figured at 9 months I might get them back as some have had. I am ONLY after girth increase from blood flow. I am not stretching or pushing for length.

If you need more blood flow try once a day cialis or an occasional viagra. I don't think jelqueing is even practical...using ur fingers in a ring and squeezing from the base to the head won't work iimho because the cylinders comprise most of what now is your penis so how can you force blood flow manually? The cylinders are in the way! besides, tugging on them can't be good for them..

Another possibility you might consider is glans bulking which will firm up your glans and increase length by 1/2 inch or so..

All I can say is gentle jelging and not "pulling" causes blood to engorge and make my girth increase noticably and my head too. Nothing else has worked. I will try cialas but in general viagra and such have terrible affects on me like stuffy nose, bad headache and cannot sleep for hours after I take it. What is glan bulking?

It sounds like you are using the same motion as jelquing, bu doing it gently to push in so additional blood. I can't blame you for wanting to get engorgement of the glans, it is a good thing and the penis does get rounder when that happens. I just did some stroking while doing my daily inflations for my LGX, getting aroused promotes the blood flow and it seems to improve with time. A little edging maybe? I don't see how anything can be any harder than I get when fully pumped, even before engorgement.

once daily cialis is low dose and for me has no side effects except morning wood. your description of jelquing sounds more like manual stimulation and that is entirely different. I myself have jelqued for several months prior to my implant surgery and I can tell you I would never try that technique now with my implant.

Glans bulking is basically cologen injections which increase the size of the glans (head)..It can be cosmetic as well as medically necessary if there is nerve damage (or vascular) which prevents natural engorgement. The problem I think whic would deem it med. nec. is if you have an implant and you can't get the glans hard. I think that might make intercourse painful due to the distal tips pressing against the soft flacid glans..(I know for myself if I'm pumped very hard and my natural engorgement goes down (after climax) it really hurts!)

The issue overall is the girth is not what I used be. My wife notices it too although she can orgasm. Its like a pencil penis. Well 4 1/2", I never measured but I think I was more like 5 1/2 before operation. Not impressed with diameter. So, yes it is very hard but narrow. Hence I want some engorgement which does not happen much at 9 months.

Like yourself, I lost some girth even though my doc swears he put in the biggest AMS LGX he could. He told me the LGX is limited in length expansion but not girth expansion, so he didn't think I should loose girth. I disagree. But I notice that if I pump up, then give it a half hour I can pump more using a two hand method: fingers on the pump, then wrapping my other hand around the fingers for a few power strokes. It does increase girth a little, but not like it was. Oh, but it is hard & that's what counts! My GF really only cares about three things: hard, hard & hard.
