My implant was done at UCI also, before surgery I was told, “We size aggressively.” Size it seems to be the number one worry pre-implant, so they aim to please, which I believe is better than a doctor being timid about sizing. At 4 weeks I was with in 1/8” or my pre-surgery length and I could not be more pleased.

I have always hung to the left and still do and flaccid my dick does look bent, perhaps not as much as you, but I only have a 20cm implant, inflated I am perfectly straight. I just had my 6 week checkup on Monday of this week and I do see a softening of the flaccid implant, also a softening of the pump. I was told I would see a continuing softening with use. I think it is way too early to be overly concerned, especially when erect and ready for action you are straight. One thing to keep in mind, we all get implants for a perfect erection, not so much a perfect flaccid.

Thank you so much for the replies. I will check with my doctor regarding the left and right cylinders not performing equally. That’s a very good suggestion. Thank you for that. Is it stands right now, i’m very happy with the look when it’s fully inflated. The size and shape is perfect. However, with deflated the 90° bend is just hard to accept.

I will ask my doctor about the potential training, the soldiers to act similarly not quite sure how this will be done. I am assuming it will involve Massage and masturbation.
