Hard Flaccid or Bloodflow Issue

Looking for some input from some other fellow brothers who have either experienced hard flaccid or bloodflow issues post implant. I just recently turned 38 & started to notice some differences in my girth pre-arousal. My usual bulge in my pants had kind of faded.

I’ve had 2 revisions within 4+ years & my current implant has been in me for over 2 years now.
Even with this implant I initially had great bulge & natural engorgement for the first 1.5 years

I had recently been relying on staying inflated 20-30% & relying on natural engorgement alone for arousal & sex. It worked great. I was having a bunch of sex with my girlfriend & one day noticed that the girth wasn’t really there as much. The base of my penis began to become less stable & I started to feel some inflammation & irritation in my penis. Since this time I hang much lower & have cold glands & the penis has shortened somewhat overall & also in girth. I can still get hard for sex when aroused & have sex but now premature ejaculation has become a dilemma.

I still have moment when the penis feels plump & heavy & bloodfilled but the majority of the time there is not much. Wondering if this may be depression, hardflaccid, or just starting to lose bloodflow with age. I’m wanting to be hopeful because it still shows signs of coming back.

Maybe I just need to give my penis a break.

My testosterone levels have been checked & are great.

Has anyone else had bloodflow issues that then came back after a bout of depression or hard flaccid?

Seems to work okay, but I hate the side effects. My natural engorgement was really good & could substitute for any viagra, etc

This latest implant I’ve used quite a bit, but decided to rely on 20-30% pumped up & the engorgement for the last 6 months
