In my opinion to make the commitment to get an implant you need to be 100% convinced it’s the right thing for you.Based on this guys post he is 100% convinced it’s not right for him and I can tell you it won’t be.All the trade offs that come with an implant will be magnified to him and he will be miserable!Just my two cents!

You guys convinced me, implant is the way to go.
I was overthinking the con's versus thinking about the pro's.
It's not the holy grail, but so isn't injections or worser, a limp dick.

There is a lot to consider besides the concerns you list.
The country where you reside.
The health insurance situation you're in.
Your finances.
Your general health.
The list can be long but I think you'll get my point.

I did injections for 11 years and I could perform like a porn star. I'd stay hard for 4 hours and I would have to do the shot to make it go down. If I did any less trimix it wouldn't work. So I had 11 years of sex with 2 needle sticks each time. That's a lot and I started getting some tough scar tissue spots.

I got an implant because of the scar tissue and because injecting phenylephrine into your body to stop the erection can cause a heart attack. Also its tough to be spontaneous and injecting. Plus women are going to know when your dick is hard for 4 hours something is going on. Traveling and overnight hotel stays with a woman is a pain too while injecting. Id look for an excuse to avoid sex that night sometimes.

Your spin on implants is greatly slanted towards the negative. Yeah I would rather have what I used to but I cant. Keep doing the shots until you get to the point I did.

I thought an Implant was a good alternative. I read hours of posts. But have to say i think it's a bad idea. I don't understand how you can be happy with an implant.
So many disadvantages:

1. Your penis don't get really soft. So people see you always with an erection.
2. When a women touch your balls she feels a 'lego-brick'
3. When a women grabs,/sucks your cock she feels the tubes
4. Many revisions during lifetime
5. You can't go to the sauna, nude beach or gym
6 You get a shorter thinner penis which women don't feel
7. You get a weird shaped penis
8. You get a cold penis

I think i will stay on the injections. It has also disadvantages, but not as much as an implant

Heck of a lot of back and forth going on in this thread! To answer your last question, I loved Trimix for about 6 months till it started fading in spite of increasing the strength. Then I began to hate it and grew very tired of the hassle associated with the process, including travel issues and timing it to be ready when she was, etc. And even at a strength of 150 PGE it failed me. And I felt scar tissue forming. So, then I did not like injections and I was ready and eager to get an implant.

Can I be spontaneous? Uh, how about pumped in 2 minutes, and as many times a day as I want to? Couldn't do that with injections.

So do I like my implant more than injections? Heck yeah, way way more.

Can you be spontaneous with an implant?

Depends on your threshold for the the definition of "spontaneous".

I can go from flaccid to erect in about 45 seconds. So being ready at the drop of a hint from my partner is spontaneous enough for us.

I cannot go from unaroused to erect and it be a surprise to me (which it was before ED). So that definition of spontaneous is not met.
