You may have seen some inappropriate comments from "needsomehope". Please understand that this is not a reflection of this site. There are helps on this site for men with our diagnosis beyond measure. Many men contribute information that is invaluable to many of us. Just ignore his inappropriate responses or say a prayer for him. He is possibly angry and\or high. He is going through some tough times and doesn't know how to deal with them. I personally would like him to stay on the site so he will stay engaged to something. So please be patient. Maybe he will find the help that he needs.

All I know is he's a dude with a brain injury. I think his story is that he just discovered this fact late in life. People with brain injuries do fucked up things, often. I can confirm that. I bet he'll be back to reality at some point.

Him instructing a married guy to just go fuck dudes instead was pretty funny, though, lol.

Sadly, I think that is the best policy. Good advice has been given to him. He doesn't seem to be able to use the advice. I'm fairly sure his problem is outside of the scope of this forum & exceeds what advice skills we may have.
He might post here for a long time until he becomes obsessed with a different outlet.

If anyone learned they had a lifelong brain damage that went undiagnosed and untreated they would probably have a melt down too. It's okay, you're not going crazy - you're just going through a lot of shit. So...you find help. I've made lots of calls to help lines, any person to talk to can help a lot. I've got suicide hotlines in my contacts, I think in America you can dial 988, but if that doesn't work google it.

But that's only to help you tonight. For tomorrow, find a therapist/psychologist.

I recently found out I’ve had lifelong brain damage that went undiagnosed & untreated. I think I’m slipping into CTE at this point.

I think I’m going to fully lose my mind soon and I’m terrified.

But I just wanted to apologize again for my bizarre comments. I’m so sorry and I’m so so scared.

Apologizes accepted. Don't know if my comment make sence. But i read about Dr. Mark L Gordon,
he treats traumatic brain injuries. Maybe he is worth a (online) consult.

I'd consider bumping this to mention, Needsomehope ended up deleting his account. We talked some in messages earlier, and I think what happened is he was embarrassed for messing around here and just deleted the account. I'm writing this to say it's all cool, lol no one cares. I know he posted earlier about some of his suicide ideation problems and I hope he's doing better about that. And I realllllly hope him feeling bad for being an idiot on an internet forum doesn't play a part in him considering suicide, lol. So yeah, all is good, you're welcome back whenever you'd like.
