VED use after implant

I had my implant 7 months ago and they did infrapubic. I have tried but the way the tubes are around the top and the left side going down to the reservoir the pinch real bad and cause a lot of discomfort. I attempted it gently several times but don’t think it would be a good idea for me. Maybe I need a much bigger tube on my VED so it don’t pinch on my tubes!! Lol

Well this sounds not good. Am I misreading something or you saying you can't use a VED without too much pain?

You are correct it puts too much pressure on the tubes where they come out of my cavernosa and go around the left side of my penis. I personally don’t see the need. After 7 months of consistently pumping and doing perito exercises, I’m back to my full 7” and a bit bigger in girth than ever before. I take a 5mg cialis daily and occasionally 10mg if planning sex and I’m getting good engorgement in my glands so very happy with where I’m at.

Ah, glad you got back to your full 7"! It still sounds not good that you're having VED problems now, but I was rooting for your size to return since this seems like some great anecdotal evidence about how/why VEDs really do get you back your size losses before implant. Figured it could help some men who don't know about them/believe them.



I might comment with this around from time to time, assuming you're cool with it. And cause I think it's pretty good empirical evidence for why penis enlargement is also really bad for you.

Ah and I just realized too you moving past VEDs now actually works pretty well. They definitely are effective and got you back to pre-ED times before an implant, and ideally you don't really have to mess with them anymore. Maybe a few years from now you'll notice you lost 1/4" and see if it works again for you.

I recently purchased an Encore manual/battery model. Works fine and I like the manual mode because I can monitor the pressure by the number of pumps. Problem is I can’t pump my implant to the max because I don’t fit into the Encore sleeve. At 60 % pumped I can fit and the pump the Encore about 12 times and get good engorgement. Has anyone had that problem and is a larger sleeve available?

Hmm not sure what you mean. If you pump to the max you can't fit into the VED? Meaning if you cycle to a full erection and then try to put your dick into the Encore you can't fit? But at 60% you do fit? I think I might have the same VED (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002P ... UTF8&psc=1) but I don't get why you can't fit in the sleeve. Do you mean those white ring looking things in the link? I threw those away and not sure how to use them, if that's what you mean.

If I cycle my implant to full inflation, I cannot slide the clear plastic Encore cylinder over my penis even with lots of lube. I can, however cycle to about 60 % and the slide the Encore cylinder over my penis. If I then additional cycle my implant to max, I can’t get the Encore cylinder off my penis after I pump the Encore. Maybe there is a larger sized Encire cylinder ?
