I believe Dr. Amin Herati at Johns Hopkins is a good choice. I was following FT member who had the implant with him (I think the member is Bob Jordan). He seems to be very satisfied with the result. I also had a consultation with him before my implant but had my implant done at Kaiser Permanente in Virginia.
