Please lookup Chesapeake Urology
Dr. Siegelbaum
They also have a practice in Rockville area (a bit of a drive) - but worth it. Dr. Gary Friedlander (he did mine). Phenomenal surgeon!
PM if you have any questions!

Re: Looking for DR. In Baltimore
I'm on this same journey.
Dr Robert Segal is another Chesapeake doctor that I see noted for this, but I can't comment on him other than a bit of an attitude I have because of issues when my son was seeing him. But my son has special needs related to his spina bifida and that should not reflect on Dr Segal's ability with implants, it's just my attitude about one issue. I did like him otherwise.
Another Chesapeake urologist referred me to either Dr. Mendez or Dr. Fenig.
I met with Mendez and had a good impression of her but since she is close to DC she referred me to Dr Weinberg in Woodholme, whom I met with a few times and am Impressed. Says he does 4 a week. Was ready to move forward until I found out that my Kaiser Insurance won't cover any of it.
Asked my urologists for a high volume surgeon with Kaiser and he referred me to Drs. Kansal and Winston, both closer to DC.
Meeting with Kansal on 1/12 and can post an update. He probably does not work outside of Kaiser by I can ask him and post an update.

Re: Looking for DR. In Baltimore
Keep us posted on your progress. I am in the same position looking for a competent and experienced DR. in the Baltimore area for IPP surgery. I did go to Chesapeake but the DR. I saw left me disappointed. My family DR. recommended someone else at Chesapeake I have yet to see. Perhaps I will look to Dr. Wienberg in Lutherville. I would not entertain any DR. who does not perform at least 4-5 IPP surgeries per week. Any way thanks for sharing what info you had. It was helpful.
Re: Looking for DR. In Baltimore
Dr Weinberg is in Woodholme, not Lutherville. Just outside the beltway on Reisterstown rd. Sorry, I corrected my post.

Yes. Dr. Taj is an excellent choice.
If you have Kaiser insurance, dr. Kai Li in Tysons Corner branch is the one who did my implant 2 years ago, and I am very happy with the results.

Re: Looking for DR. In Baltimore
Such a hard decision, and of course one I wish I didn't have to make, but I am sure everyone goes through this.
Had my meeting with Dr Kansal and it went well, I like him. Was surprised he said he does about 20 a year (unless I misunderstood) and I think he said most we malleable. He uses Penoscrotal and after talking with Dr Weinberg I really lean towards Infrapubic. He also recommended Kia Li and Samantha Nealon (who is new to Kaiser). Between the three of them he said he would have no problem have any of them operate on a family member. Based on comments I've read on Franktalk, I am setting up a meeting with Dr. Li.
