hey guys, its me again with another ams700 question
so finally i managed to get the pump working and been cycling since 1 1/2 days now. regained quite a bit of length already which is great and deflating is super easy with the shake of the pump.
one thing i noticed tho, i cant seem to get too many pumps in right now and at the hardest state my dick is not super hard and quite unstable (easy to move the the sides etc)
any experience on this? do i just have to pump even harder to get it stable or is it sometimes unstable like this for some people?
thanks as always guys

ams700 stability question
31yo, german, ed since i was 14 old after a sports accident. implanted with model AMS700 11.11.2022 by Dr.Osmonov in Germany.
Re: ams700 stability question
My LGX is harder at max inflation than I ever was with a natural erection. It does get harder to pump as you get closer to max. At max the bulb will get almost rock hard. Mine seems to have a bypass valve. After max if I really try to get more pumps it will activate the bypass valve and the bulb will give a partial pump that is different.
Just keep cycling. There is a learning curve with this and the device will take some time to break in. Good luck.

You may want to learn the Perito exercise. MPT 57, I believe is his u-tube explanation.

Perito exercise early in the cycling process? I gave it a half ass try last night and it was excruciating

Yes, newbie443, I have observed the same.
Here is my testimony: The force required to make an indentation in the side of my implant cylinder(s) is the same force required to make the same dent in my pump bulb. This makes sense since the static pressure in the two parts of the device would be equal.

Re: ams700 stability question
I dont think I could do it either. My doc did it on me at follow-up visit. I described the stability problem to him. He said lay back and relax. He pumped me up hard and cranked my dick as described. I raised right off the exam table. It hurt like hell. Then he pumped me to rock hard. Since then I can hang a towel on it.Craigohbig wrote:oldbeek wrote:You may want to learn the Perito exercise. to clarify, the problem is not about how hard it is, more about the wobbly on the base. but it has gotten a little better now

Well getting a little better now is my point. You are still very early in this and the pump needs to break in some to work better. The base stability is a result of not being able to pump to max or near max yet. As you improve on the learning curve and the device breaks in the base will become more stable. That is the way it is supposed to work. Give it some time. I gave myself 1 year after surgery before I would judge the outcome of mine. Right now your job is to cycle the device the best you can as per your doctors instructions. There will be a lot of changes over the next few months and some men take a lot longer than that to fully heal. Infection risk is at the highest right after surgery and will reduce over the first year. So follow your doctors orders. We are all different and so are doctors. No need to use another doctors instructions for another man. You can ask your doctor about these other protocols and if your doctor has no objections then try them. Your doctor cut you open and know more about this than we do. My guess is though that in a week or 2 you will be cycling well and not even remember this as being a problem.
Good luck with this and keep up the cycling work.
