The issues are the following:
A) Had glans engorgement but lost it upon entering
B) Uncomfortable feeling of skin outside of implant being pinched
C) Tightness causes deflation of cylinders which requires pumping again
D) Glans discomfort when inserting
I would also appreciate it if you make a post below to elaborate, thanks.

All of the issues are issues that have been experienced by people on this forum. I'm trying to get a sense of how common they are.

I selected "none" on your survey. Anal sex is as good now, if not better than it was when I was 20 with natural, hard erections. The implant allows me to pound away, until the guy can't take it anymore, or I'm exhausted and need a break. Dick stays hard as a steel rod waiting for the next round, something a natural boner isn't always capable of.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

I'm 7 days post-op. My lady loves it in the rear, and I'm hoping to accomodate her. Will be watching this thread for replies. My surgeon said we'd be good to go for ANYTHING, so i'm optimistic.

No problems. The husband says I am too big girth wise so I don't fully pump up but I have a another "friend" who can't get enough of my 100% pumped up implant.
ED survivor 5 years. Tried pills, Gainswave, PRP, Bi-Mix/Tri Mix (worked 50% but very painful for 24 hours after injection.) 55 Gay - Single Titan Coloplast implanted June 1st, 2022, scrotal in Miami by Dr Billy Cordone..,very happy. Zero regrets

This is most encouraging! Thank you.

6.5” girth, of the women Ive bedded not one was willing to go there. Infact most made comments early on along the line of “just so we are clear, anal will never happen”

I have had anal a couple of times since my implant. First was brief (at my "Coming Out" first date) and it worked okay with no issues, on September 2020 (eleven months after surgery). The other was a few months later and equally as brief, at our local club with a guy who wasn't sure if he would like it, so I took it slow.
I had no pain or discomfort to speak of on either attempt.

But did you have pleasure? Were you able to really get after it? What were your partner's experiences like?
