I didn't pump myself until week 7 post-op when my doc gave me the okay to do that. But when he pumped me at my checkups before that it hurt like hell. I had to hold onto the table and grit my teeth. But after week 7 the pain while pumping went away fairly quickly and now there is no pain. From what I have read here others heal differently so the pain disappears at a different time. But unless you have an infection, which is rare, the pain will go away. Hang in there and focus on the pleasure you will get before long when using the implant for the intended purpose.
