So... One more...

Postby Tyreron » Thu Jul 18, 2013 2:23 pm

Hello,

Being new here. I am a male of 41 years from Sweden.
Has been abused when I was 15 years old and suffered from venous
leak since then.

I have undergone three surgeries. Two smaller and one bigger in the penis.
Surgery to remove the foreskin that was too narrow and elongated strap on the underside of the penis between the glans and penisbody. The major operation was for my venous leakage. An operation which took 7 hours. It was pretty good and has helped me partially to an okay sex life. I can have sex if I masturbate almost to climax and my wife helps me in the riding position. Unfortunately, my sensory impaired after three interventions so I feel nothing in my wife's vagina. Oral stimulation is better. Then I feel more. With Viagra 100mg penis becomes larger and more erect. Then I also feel more at penetration. I like not to take them. It will not be so spontaneous.

I have never in my life had a regular sexual intercourse and probably will not get to have it either. The closest I can come is with a penis implant. Been thinking more and more in such way recent years. However, I first wanted to get my kids and they are my babies here on earth. Now they are seven and two years.

I have not decided for penile implants, but I think it will be so. I am 41 years old and has half the life left in purely statistical. Can not I have a "real" sex in my life? I would probably regret this on my deathbed;)

Then there are things that speak against. My penis is not dead. It is life in it. With implant, it becomes a more artificial life ... They are also concerned about complications. What if it goes bust? Is there a rescue then? How much of the feelings disappears in the penis? I have already undergone three surgerys and lost sense. In Sweden, they choose swedish implants and I am more interested in the brand AMS. Do not know about Swedish implants. Then there's the eternal dilemma of not wanting to lose in length. My penis is not very long. Only 5-5.5 inch erection.

But, as I said I think I make the trip to implant if possible. I have contacted my urologist for a discussion.

Aside from the ED I am perfectly healthy.

I understand that you can not make the decision for me, but I would be glad if someone wrote and helped me a little with my thoughts.

Hey you guys! You are the first I tell about my Ed.

Best regards and sorry for my english...

Try daily Cialis as that may work out better for you. You can get (Tadalafil) them cheap here: alldaychemist.com

Have you tried VED (vacuum pump) with a constriction ring? The ring should help with your venous leak ... along with the Cialis (Tadalafil) it make a viable combo.
With implant, it becomes a more artificial life

How so? An Implant will cure your ED completely ...
They are also concerned about complications

I wouldn't worry too much about that as there is a 96% success rate ... on satisfaction ... and less than 1% infection rate.
What if it goes bust?

I don't know about the "Swedish" implants ... but AMS and Titan both have a lifetime replacement ...
Is there a rescue then?

Rescue from what? ... since your penis doesn't work now ... rescue from what?
How much of the feelings disappears in the penis?

None ... what you have now ... you will have after ... the Implant surgery does not affect the sensations you feel or climax.
Then there's the eternal dilemma of not wanting to lose in length

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.

Most guys that lose size already had existing issues (scar tissue, etc.)

Keep us posted on your progress ...

If all else fails,do the implant.
I suffered from 37 to 41 was implanted 8/7/13 am now 42 and cldnt be happier.
I would have loved not to have ED in the first place, but since it did this is my miracle and soooo much better then the torture of ED.
One of the best decisions I have ever made.
Best wishes,Rich

Hello,
After reading your detailed posting,
the best advice I can give would be to say that many guys have the same concerns. But with my implant, I'm
1) more reliable than I've ever been when it comes to performance
2) as sensitive as I've ever been
3) I might have lost some length, but women only care about 3 things: hard, hard and hard.
4) I consistently have to tell new girlfriends that I have an implant: they have NO IDEA.
5) I've gained a LOT of soft length when "flaccid" so my girlfriend always has eye candy
6) I'm more sexually confident now than when I was 18 years old!
