Because, trimix alone did not work for me.

You do know there are all sorts of different formulations and strengths of trimix right? They also make bimix and quadmix.
Just saying if one formula didn't work for you maybe another formula would.

Wellbutrin and Mirtazapine is a combo for depression not for ED.
They usually don't have particular sexual side effects, actually Mirtazapine at 7.5mg is mostly sedative. Sometimes it's added to reduce the activating effects of ADs like Wellbutrin. But it's not the kind of meds you can get so easy.
