Yeah like others have mentioned, that does sound pretty normal. I had mine done 1/16/23 and I still have some discomfort however every day gets better and better. Hang in there Bud , I’m told that in a while this will all be a distant memory.

We had surgery on the exact same date. I had significant pain in the scrotal area up until two days ago, which has subsided significantly while I am still healing. I am glad to be past that phase in the recovery process. I wish you a speedy recovery and hope things improve quickly for you.
ED issues for the past 12 years. Viagra and Cialis proved to be ineffective. Trimix injections did not work. Implanted 01/27/23 with AMS 700 CX (24 cm).

The tips between the pepuzio and glans are not sore at all. The shaft is a little sore but very tolerable.

I still have aches from kinked tubing to the pump that lays in front of my left testicle. I’d get it fixed but afraid of an infection
Thanks

I am day 8 post op and continue to have excruciating pain in the scrotum daily, so much so that I can’t stand or sit for more than a few minutes at a time without feeling like I got kicked in the nuts. I find some comfort lying down and have been icing regularly with my bag of frozen peas.

Would any of you bionic veterans give me any idea if this is normal and do any of you have any remedies?
Thanks all

After an acute injury, ice should be used to minimize swelling only for the first two to three days. After this period, ice slows down blood flow and numbs the area so it may feel better but it’s actually slowing down your recovery. After 72 hrs, heat therapy should be used to increase blood flow and assist the natural healing process. If you’re not approved for hot baths yet, a small electric heating blanket or microwave gel packs work well. I think you will find heat feels soothing and will give you some relief. But more importantly it helps your body to absorb the swelling and gets you get past this point quicker than ice.

Google “scrotal hematoma”. I’m not saying you have a hematoma but you’ll find good information on how to care for scrotal pain. Most of the articles are geared towards pain from vasectomy but also applies to post implant as well.
