Ams 700 lgx 21+1
Re: Ams 700 lgx 21+1
I lost size due to extended inactivity also. I'm 5 months in . Just after surgery I measured 4". I was greatly discouraged but elated to be able to have an erection. After 5 months of cycling I'm up to 6". Very relieved. My pumped size is very much longer and thicker than flaccid. My AMS grows significantly when inflated.. I think the fastest growth is over, but am sure there's gains yet to be had. Everyone's different, but this should be encouraging to you.
AMS 700 LGX on July 12, 2022. ED no diagnosed reason since teens with occasional success in 20s. Tried pills and injections.
Re: Ams 700 lgx 21+1
Thx - this is one of the best threads I've seen.
Have an issue - my AMS 700 cx will only let me pump 6-8 times before it is full.
It also points straight to the right about 15 degrees.
Post ops consult (was done 12/8/2022) - Dr blew it off.
Cycling 2-4x per day for about an hour total.
Am reaching out to Dr Carrion in Tampa (saw him years ago when I lived there).
Any docs in the Midwest that have done a revision - would be grateful for a recommendation.
TIA!

Re: Ams 700 lgx 21+1
Again my experience. When I first started cycling, I got 4 pumps in and that was it. Was told that 10 pumps should fully inflate. Now at 5 months I get 15 full pumps and then a bunch of partial pumps.

I have an AMS LGX 21+1 surgery 12/21. When I started cycling after surgery I was about 5.75 flaccid and 6+ fully inflated. I used VED before and after surgery. Today I am 6.5 flaccid bone pressed and 7.5 fully inflated and engorged. Girth went from 5.25 to now 6. I cycle twice a day if possible. Good luck as the LGX will expand.

Excuse me, just to see if I understood correctly:
Your prosthesis is 21cm+1 and now with erect penis you reach 7.5 inches? (which is about 19cm) have I understood correctly? And what is VED?

Daridima: don’t get too excited. Thumper appears to be among the guys that have a relatively shallow crus (penis behind the pubic bone and therefore not usable/measurable).
Do the math. He has 22 cm (8.66 in) of implant. 7.5 inches is visible, leaving 1.16 inches behind pubic bone. That’s 13%. It’s not unheard of, but it isn’t typical. You look at human A&P textbooks and read the scholarly papers it is much more common to have between 1/4 (25%) and 1/3 (33%) of your total penile length back there.
Use me as an example. I have 23 cm total implant (9.06 inches). My bone pressed erect length is 6.75 inches (17.15 cm if you prefer). That’s 74% up front, 26% hidden. That’s pretty typical.
It gets back to why are guys different sizes? Genetics, anatomies, bodies all vary. What thumper has isn’t an abnormality, it’s just uncommon. It would also be uncommon to have 26 cm of implant and a 5 incher.
Big scheme of things is that it doesn’t matter. it Is what it is.
One thing thumper and I have that’s basically identical, though, is the growth of an LGX from flaccid to erect. If you are an LGX guy you can expect the flaccid LGX to gain an inch, maybe 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches when inflated to fully erect. His goes 6.5 to 7.5. Mine goes from 5.5 to 6.75. That is typical, it’s also what the LGX was designed to do.

VED is a vacuum erection device. In my case it is the Augusta Medical System recommended by the surgeon that performed my RP.

I'm actually trying to understand the proportion between the implant and the final size. Also because in theory the implant is not put up to the tip of the penis, but up to a certain point of the glans. So for example on the 17 cm you say outside, there is not 17 cm of implant, the head of the penis first will have its own size that adds up. My implant is a rigicon ax which is like ams lgx, and here again I have a question: an lgx an example of 20cm, does it stretch more than 20cm no? Or does 20cm also cover the 'extra' dimension that the lgx extends? Thank you for your answers

the reason I was asking actually, was to understand the proportion between the prosthesis and the "final result" because the prosthesis is obviously placed under the head of the penis, and therefore you add the size of the head of the penis to the prosthesis, and I wanted to understand this difference. for example you say that you have a 23 cm implant, and you get 17.15 cm and you have 26% of the penis behind the pubic bone, but so if I do the calculations it makes exactly 23 cm, and so it can't be, because to the 23 cm of the prosthesis you add at least a few cm of thickness of the head of the penis, so I guess it's hidden more than 26% in your case. On my implant report for example, it specifies how many cm of prosthesis are out starting from the pubic bone, and I would like to understand with also the cm of 'flesh' what the final size will be (I had the implant a few days ago). Also, when you say that you have a 23 cm lgx implant, this does not include that 25% that the implant stretches extra, is that correct? Thank you for any information.

Re: Ams 700 lgx 21+1
Update. So this past Thursday I received permission from my doctor to start cycling and we pumped it up to the max. I was incredibly shocked. I’m missing at least an inch in length and girth. I’m barely 5” and it’s thin.
The thing is that it looks like there’s a ton of room with all the loose skin around it when it’s fully inflated. Like it has a decent amount of room for more pumps.
Is this common or has anyone else experienced this. How fast do the results of cycling and using the perito exercise take? The doctor was very sure of the 20% growth from the Ams and I don’t have a “small” implant.
Any help or private messages would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and good luck guys.
