Worse.
Cycling, but not full inflation and not nearly as frequently as others on here.

28M, inadequate partial erections as far back as I can remember due to VL. Completely unresponsive to pills, disappointing response to Trimix. Stretch test 19cm. Implanted 1/6/23 24cm Coloplast Titan (Classic Model) by Dr Eid with .5cm RTE on left side

What’s up guys, figured I’d update my story to help inform others who are in line for or recovering from an implant.
Officially a month out, and I’ve started feeling a lot, lot better in just the past week or so. My first 10 days were honestly easier than the next two weeks (maybe because of the pain pills?) but I can safely say now I’m the best I’ve been yet and notice improvements every day.
I’m also back to around 6.75inch BPL length which is closer to my 7.5Inch BPL stretched length pre surgery. If I can get to even 7 or 7.25 in the coming months, I’ll be happy- 7 inches hard is a whole lot better than 7.5 floppy!
Cycling now is relatively painless except the peak inflation (last 3-5 pumps before unpumpable). I still try to reach that level for cycling purposes but if I’m going to use the implant for myself or otherwise I don’t pump all that way. If in the future it’s not uncomfortable I certainly will.

That’s great news Jets and very encouraging for the rest of us on the recovery journey. I’m a month and 2 days post op. Still sporting my annoying 60% chubby, and have returned to work. My job involves sitting for much of the time and a few hours in i get pretty sore from the constant pressure of my jockstrap pressing my boner against my body. Have to excuse myself frequently to go to the bathroom and “air it out” and let the pressure off, but overall it’s quite manageable. Cycling begins in just over a week. Looking forward to working deflated.
I don’t have any pain at all when i’m loose shorts or sweatpants. Still some tenderness at the scrotal incision site, but is facing with time. Can feel the bulb and rehearse valve, but won’t mess with it until told you do so.
Best wishes on continued good recovery!
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
