40 year old with spinal cord injury

Postby colonelangus » Wed Jul 24, 2013 1:26 pm

Hi guys,
I'm coming up on my 3 year anniversary of an aircraft accident that left me with a spinal cord injury. Luckily, I'm able to walk still (with effort) but I have some paralysis in my trunk. I can't feel my penis or my ass. I can get hard sometimes, but I also have no ejaculatory control like I used to. SO.. I tried the 3 major pills and they sort of worked but with not so nice side effects. I talked to a urologist and he laid it on the table what my options were. Basically, my best option is the implant and he recommended the Titan for me. Like many, I'm fairly apprehensive about getting it, but I'm not even sure what my fears are. Maybe that it will be much smaller than what it is? My wife is all for it, and I'm hopeful that it will help us get back the sex we used to have. I've only seen a few before and after pictures. Does anyone know of a site where there are more? I'm looking mostly for what the penis looks like several months post-op instead of freshly after surgery.

Look around here as there are many pictures of post-op. For instance see the topic "Jere's Journey". Also click on "Discussion Forums" and then scroll down to "members only". Some people don't want to post pictures in part of the site open to Internet searches.

Dr Kramer did mine on June 20th. My wife is amazed how normal it looks after 5 weeks. As soon as the hair grows back you wouldn't know I had anything done. Even if I kept every thing shaved you would not know I had anything done. Lots of other good doctors out there but after my first visit with dr Kramer I stopped looking. Pleanty of skilled doctor's out there but few with the compassion , empathy and world class skills.

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.
