I have been struggling with this same question....pills still work for me and I certainly hope they keep going but Im trying to get my ducks in a row so Im better prepared to make a good decision. One day I vote IPP the next malleable. The simplicity of the malleable and quicker recovery is appealing but do I really want to have a semi rigid 24 hours a day if I am only going to use it once or twice a week for 15 minutes at a time. Then there is the concealabilty issue which sounds challenging with an IPP and even worse with a malleable.

im 21 suffer from pssd and maybe hard flaccid like symptom . its been long time i really miss my erections and cant get viagra bcz of heart problems arising? bcz disease runs in fsmily n my dad got heart problems because of it and im scared of injecting something in my penis. i have seen tactra but does tactra reduce penile length over time? or just shorten it and leave it at that. i dont really know what else i can say

i think i can conceal it well cuz i dont know maybe my penis not too big. but i dont relly care about that im flacid stretch to 14 cm and id like to have a boner thats 14 cm. seems perfect to me. im just scared it will reduce my penile length over time.

sorry i also meant to say i dont have heart problems. but i meant heart problems happen to my dad due to viagra. and he needed aorta transplant surgery.

At 21 years of age I would make an appointment with a men's sexual health doctor. Get tested for any physical problems, then see what they can offer. I'm not sure how your insurances work in the Netherlands, but in the US most want you to try everything first unless there is a good reason not to. (as you mentioned heart issues in the family)
Injections don't hurt, but yes scary to think of sticking a needle in your penis. For most guys they work well.
Yes, an inflatable will maintain your length and possibly get you a bit more.
