If you can ejaculate now then you should be able to ejaculate after you get the implant. I did find a slight decrease in sensitivity after my implant but that just translates to taking a little longer to ejaculate. This seems to get better over time.

One of the many things I was told pre-op was that what you coud do before the implant, you should still be able to do post implant.

Not too many women could get me to cum just sucking me pre op. I can only remember 1x in my life when that happened.

Sucking while masturbating was easier but few women had the right "touch." So, I usually had to jerk myself off while they sucked to cum that way.

I agree with what NorthernBoy said, probably not right away, but as you continue to recover your sensitivity will return. I am finding all aspects of sex with an implant continue to improve with time. I am approaching 5 months out and everything is getting better and better.
