I'll answer short and sweet as your concerns were mine once as well.

I Can actually feel when I'm getting hard, just now it doesn't get hard unless I inflate, but I still feel some blood rushing. I Can still make my dick bounce or swell with blood in the head. It's just the two main tubes that used to have blood now use saline from my pump. It feels incredible when fully inflated. Imagine the feeling of the hardest rock hard boner you ever had. It feels exactly like that. Sex feels amazing. No difference. But yes, the feeling of blood rushing in is slightly gone but just feels different. Hard to explain but I can assure you you won't regret it as long as your surgery goes well and all. "I wish I would've done it sooner."
