Low angles are caused by RTEs and by not keeping it in an upright position in the initial healing period.
Low erection angles come with age. Don't count on your youthful straight up erection to be that way as you age. Wanna guess how I know?
That too, but he didn't age much in the last 4 months so it was the RTEs and/or the position he kept it in while healing that caused his to lower so much.
I agree that 4 months more of age didn't do much to his angle. But how can you say that you have a verticle erection when you can't get an erection? In my youth I had to pull my penis away from my body. If I let it go then it would slap my belly. As my ED progressed, I felt lucky to have a 3 o clock erection. RTE's were not there to give me a low angle because I did not have an implant. ED gave me a low angle.
