Low angles are caused by RTEs and by not keeping it in an upright position in the initial healing period.

Low erection angles come with age. Don't count on your youthful straight up erection to be that way as you age. Wanna guess how I know?

That too, but he didn't age much in the last 4 months so it was the RTEs and/or the position he kept it in while healing that caused his to lower so much.

I agree that 4 months more of age didn't do much to his angle. But how can you say that you have a verticle erection when you can't get an erection? In my youth I had to pull my penis away from my body. If I let it go then it would slap my belly. As my ED progressed, I felt lucky to have a 3 o clock erection. RTE's were not there to give me a low angle because I did not have an implant. ED gave me a low angle.

I kept it in the position they told me too, even though everything I read said the opposite.
They didn’t even “mummy wrap” mine like I see on the net.

I wonder if i constantly bend it up at full hardness it might eventually point up?

I have no data to back this opinion. Seems to me that when inflated the implant is basically very straight. Since the cruz is not a 12 oclock channel. You'd be well served to try to get the rear of the implant encapsulated at as high of an angle as the cruz will allow. My opinion is that this should give you as high of an erection as your cruz will allow.
Yes, this would mean that even when deflated you'd need to try to keep the rear of the implant as close to 12 oclock as possible for several months. Don't ask me how to do that.

My angle was a disappointment. 4 O'clock at best but very hard and works. It's just the aesthetics of it.
Aside from that, I'm very satisfied. 2.5 years out from surgery is to late to fix any angle issues.
