Pee in standing shower and use shower head to wash it out afterwards.

Have ice packs on hand ahead of time. I use longer flexible ones that I had on hand from a vasectomy. Just slide them down your pants when on the couch.

Heating pad has been a HUGE help.

I’ve worn boxer briefs for years so nothing new there but I wear a second pair of compression underwear over top of them to keep the pressure on the penis upright and provide support.

I wear gym shorts with pockets as they are easier to pull down when I need to go to the bathroom.

Give yourself extra time to get to the bathroom.

Extra Strength Tylenol and Ibuprofen have been my meds of choice.

For bedtime, I lay on my back with a pillow under my knees and another two on my back. One to prop up and the other being my normal head pillow. This is how some people sleep to avoid snoring. However, for me, it’s to help my back from not hurting when I wake up in the morning.

I'm exactly 5 wks post op and these are the things that I already had or purchased that helped me:

1) Bidet seats for the 4 toilets in my house.

Already had these because I have hemmorhoids and the bidets help reduce the discomfort/inflammation caused by "wiping" w/TP. The bidets made it more comfortable to "clean up" after using the toilet post op while my balls were still extremely swollen. The bidets also help me when I'm a bit constipated by providing a light enema to induce "going" and avoid "straining" which my doc forbade me from doing due to the risk of straining causing a herniation of the reservoir.

2) Fleshlight -- maturbation toy.

I found doing Perito exercises boring and ineffective because I couldn't bend my implant at max inflation more than 10-15% in any direction and, even when I did them, I could seldom pump any more saline into the cylinders after I did, despite the fact that, if I just waited 30 mins or so w/o doing any exercises, I could always add a few more squeezes into the cylinder anyway. So, I stopped doing them.

However, my doc and Perito have both said that f*cking is just a good as doing the exercises. Unfortunately, I'm between f*ck partners but my doc said that using a Fleshlight would be as good as f*cking and encourged me to buy/use one. So, I bought one and have used it during and apart from my regular cycling sessions instead of doing the Perito exercises.

3) Kinky briefs.

My doc didn't like it when I showed up at my last appt w/him wearing a pair of tight lycra shorts which slightly deformed the implant because it was tightly bound against my thigh. He told me that I need to let my dick hang loosely and not compress it. So I tried to some cotton briefs instead but I didn't like them because they felt "clumpy" under my fairly tight nylon pants and also because they did not provide any sack support.

So, I decided to buy some kinky briefs w/a hole in front for my dick to pass through that would provide me w/sack support but still let my dick hang free.

When I wear them under my pants, I position my dick down my right thigh and my pants (which are fairly tight) hold it in position w/o compressing it. The impression of my dick is visible thru the fabric but I haven't noticed any stares at it yet. I also wear the briefs at home under sweatpants which very comfortable as well.

4) Electric heating pad.

My doc instructed me to take hot baths immediately post op and told me to continue doing that after he approved me to start cycling at least 2x/day. I was cycling while taking a hot bath 2x's a day but taking 2 baths a day was starting to be inconvenient and was feeling like a chore. So, I decided to try using an electric heating pad that I already have during the 2nd cycling session while sitting in a recliner and watching TV and it works fine.

So, I do my morning cycling session in a tub filled w/hot water and my afternoon cycling session with the electric hot pad laying over my dick while watching TV. I have also started using the Fleshlight that I bought at the end of the afternoon session to "exercise" my implant. ;)

Aspercreme spray on the shaft. So crucial.
28M, inadequate partial erections as far back as I can remember due to VL. Completely unresponsive to pills, disappointing response to Trimix. Stretch test 19cm. Implanted 1/6/23 24cm Coloplast Titan (Classic Model) by Dr Eid with .5cm RTE on left side

YES! I used 2 tubes of Aspercreme healing.
Boxer briefs give a bit of snug w/o being too much
Satin briefs for nighttime kept my penis from bunching up in underwear or the sheets
Kids socks to pull over my sore shaft
