The go to position for me where I feel the utmost penetration is missionary with her legs raised high & spread and if she can put her heels to or behind her ears, that's optimal.....pubic bone to pubic bone......but that was always the case even pre implant......otherwise her on top (cowgirl) is also a great penetrating position......doggy & sideways (side saddle) was always for the visual show......

Bumping back up for those who haven't seen this.......six years later and still going strong......Covid put a damper on things but it couldn't keep my implant down.......no new photos, it would just be more of the same and no further point to be made.......but there's a lot of valuable insight to this thread (even if I say so myself) so perhaps it should be bumped up every now & then......

I'll leave you with this........When in doubt, get the fuckin' implant.....and have a world class Dr. implant it......

I am delighted to see this thread brought out of the archives and into the spotlight again. I’m 8 weeks postop and will be headed to Thailand in 11 days for the inaugural launch! This report is not only highly entertaining but answers so many “what’s it going to be like?” questions that so many of us have.

I even sent a link to this thread to two friends of mine who know i’m implanted but who themselves have no issues (aside from needing viagra and trimix). This thread squarely answers the question of “is this REALLY going to work?”.

I had a ton of fun "doing my research".......I consider this my doctorate dissertation and I received my PHD.....Pretty Hard Dick.........I'll stress this point once more: not being able to achieve an erection is mentally debilitating (if you love sex and/or want to have a relationship)....once you have an implant you feel like you're the king of the world......do your research, ask many questions, find a way to do this and take action.....don't worry about what women (or guys if you're gay) will think - there are plenty of them out there......most of the problems that I see here are self made.....you have to learn to not give a shit and go out and do that which makes you happy......anything else is just fluff.......the physical part of being implanted is the easiest to deal with as it's mostly about mechanics.....whether it's the implant or the body itself.......the mental and emotional part of this is the most difficult to wrestle with.....you have to be a problem solver and not a problem maker......and then you can go out to do anything you want and be anyone you want.....it's all in your brain which is equally as important as your dick........

I got my implant before I got full blown ED because I didn't want to worry about it getting into my head and affecting any relationships that I may have in the future.

I'm still recovering from the surgery 5 weeks ago and currently am between GFs but I know it works and, when I meet someone new, I will not be worried by any concern relating to my performance (or lack of same).

Good to see posts from guys who have been implanted for some time come back to say how things are going.
Lots of young guys need the reassurance that implants don't fail in the first few years. I can imagine getting an implant is a scary thought if you're 20-30 or so especially thinking you'll need numerous revisions.

So, we've "cum" full circle.....this implant has really allowed me to continue a good sex life......my "down time" is over while the implant is in good working order.....
