I like rear entry & have remained inside a woman pre op while spooning after we were done f*cking but, of course, my dick would then would get smaller & eventually slip out.

Now, it wouldn't get "smaller" now post op but it still could slip out.

If you are still recovering/growing, I think you would eventually feel some pain or discomfort keeping it inflated for long periods of time, whether it's in a pussy or not.

I'm 5 wks out and start to feel discomfort but no pain after about an hr and need/want to deflate it when that happens.

However, if you don't feel any pain or discomfort regardless how long you're inflated, I don't see any problem as long as you remain fully inserted in the woman's pussy but partial insertion that causes an abrupt bend in your dick due to body movement could be problematic and, more likely than not, your dick will orobably slip out eventually as you both shift around in bed.
