FWIW, I have an infrapublic Titan Touch implant and my doc told me to "pull it down" every time I went to the bathroom, which I did for the 1st 9 days post-op before I was ok'd to start cycling and still do now.

It's 15 days post-op for me now and the pump is sitting at the bottom/rear of my sack and moves freely between the boys. The tubing raises my left nut which is noticeable but not bothersome. No problem sitting in any position.

I still have to search for and pull on the pump a bit before cycling but I think it's where it should be & I don't think it going to wander off anywhere because all of the "healing" that's going to happen has already happened.

I was never told to pull down and them 3 weeks later when I started it had already healed into position so I'm a bit stuck really due to that

Pump still high and tight? Mine still is. Hurts like hell too. Keeps me up at night. When my sack hangs loose it’s not so bad. When it’s tight, it’s annoying

If it’s tight when having sex, it hurts when the pump bangs my wife to the point i give up and walk away angry.

Doctor admits it’s high but said infection rate increases if i get it fixed. At this point, i don’t care.

Also, on the other hand, i wonder what it’s like to have it hanging low amongst my balls. I’m thinking that would be better
AMS700 LGX - 21cm - 12/20/22. ED issues for last 5+ years. Pills worked for a while. Injections were horrible. To date, not a fan of the implant (read my posts)
