I have a phobia of needles, managed to use the injection ONCE and it worked very well, but just no... I couldn't even afford to have enough of it to use with the frequency I had sex prior to the ed starting. Surgery was only real option, but have no opinions on it, just got done yesterday.

I did have some scarring, which was expected after so many years, however it didn’t seem to be an issuer regarding the implant. Over the 20 years, probably an average of twice per month. However on some of the occasions I had to inject more than one time.
Radical prostatectomy in 2002. Used injections for 20 years. Implanted (infrapubic) with AMS 700 on February 10, 2023.
