So the top 3rd of my shaft just below my head bottom and top seems to not get as rigid as the rest of my dick which makes it difficult to acheive ejaculation and enjoy orgasm. I can feel the pleasure but it's kind of like a ruined orgasm as I cant stroke due to the lack of rigidity.
Has anyone else experienced this? I know they say the implant wont change your orgasm but if it adds stability to tolerate more friction it could improve? what do you guys think.

Hopefully some more experienced members can chime in, but I have been told by urologists that a more rigid erection (from implant) can make ejaculation stronger, which would have an effect on orgasm. There have also been members who claim to have stronger orgasms post implant (assuming due to more rigid erections). Another interesting case I read on here was a member who pre-implant, when orgasming, his cum would just dribble out. Post-implant, after orgasm, the cum would squirt again like his high school days.
So, with that in mind, to answer your question, it does seem like an implant can improve quality of orgasm in some cases. An implanted erection is definitely more rigid (especially a titan), so, there is a good chance it could improve your ability to stroke and achieve a more pleasurable orgasm.

I go at full pumped, and most of my orgasms are knee-buckling. A few are less dramatic, though.

Re: Orgasm quality
I've been shooting blanks since my prostate cancer (PCa) treatment in 2010.
However, I can still experience an "orgasm" (which is very mild -- no more earthshattering ejaculations -- as compared to before the PCa treatment but I still go "rigid" for a few secs while it was happening.
My understanding is that, when I "cum" now, a retrograde ejaculation occurs that sends the semen into my bladder instead of thru my penis because the prostate no longer functions and blocks the normal flow of semen in that direction. This is a common experience for men who have received PCa treatment.
I have not noticed any difference in this experience while masturbating w/my IPP post op. I'm between f*ck partners but I do not expect any difference when I get the opportunity to actually f*ck again.
