I was pen scrotal as well and stayed overnight. I had the implant at 8 am and the drain was removed at lunchtime the following day. It was later than they wanted. The catheter came out that morning and I could pee straightaway.
My blood pressure was low and the nurse advised me not to take my preventative lisiniprol tablets for a few days.
I was discharged the day after the operation with only meds being antibiotics, paracetamol and ibuprofen. I had no need for ice and just needed to avoid sitting on hard surfaces
As said many times on here, time is the key!

Re: got my titan today
My swelling has went down pretty fast im a week out now from surgery and noticing a few things ... Normal or...? Thoughts?
1) pain is currently probably higher than it has been prior, kinda burns inside, no fever or sign of infection.
2) cuts look clean as can be. The mole removal he did to the right side of my dick is spectacularly nice, if I didn't see the stitches there I wouldn't even know they existed It is such a perfect closure I don't think any scar will be left at all. The stitch on my balls just looks like the seam on my balls maybe a bit swelled... Tops to occasionally hurts a little bit and bleeds a drop but no more than that... No odd colors, fever, etc.
3) there has been quite a bit more pain in the shaft especially up near the front, and where the bends occur, I would say it's went from an average of three up to about an average of five even with ace/ibp.
4) the left tip seems to be positioned perfectly as far as I can tell It ends up inside my glans, and rarely bothers me.
5) the right tip... Eh, is worrisome. It's where it burns most often and it seems to be positioned well *under* the glans in the soft tissue... See my quality attached art. Green seems good, red seems bad.
6) my bladder control works well, but i dont exactly feel the urge to pee anymore... Like theres never that "gotta piss" feeling... I've had my whole life, That normal? When im full up there is a "feeling" of pressure, but not like its always been. Also takes a lot of effort to fully empty.
Dunno just kinda worried, figured pain should be lessening significantly by now and placement seems... Like it would burst through skin on one side if i thrust hard.
Just post week jitters? Thoughts? Suggestions? Need to call doc?

Re: got my titan today (updated, questions)
I went thru very similar aches and pains as I healed. My tubes were similarly different. The right one bent just under glans and caused a lot of discomfort. Short story is it all worked out and smoothed out once I started pumping and bending with the perito exercises. Give it time. No matter what the issue, there’s nothing a Dr or anybody else is going to do at this point.time. Time . Time.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
Re: got my titan today (updated, questions)
Unfortunately, as the healing occurs it can increase the pain/soreness. The first couple of weeks are when most guys have the worst pain. Stay on top of any meds you were given so the pain doesn't get unbearable.
I'm wondering if your "kinda burns inside" is what I went through. A reaction to the antibiotic on the cylinders caused me to feel like my shaft was sunburned. If that doesn't get better talk to doc.
Bladder sensation should return soon. Blame the catheter.
Your artwork is funny, but it works.

Re: got my titan today (updated, questions)
Thanks for the reassurances and your own experiences made me feel a lot better, pain has subsided a bit in last couple days too which is a relief, still uncomfortable but a lot more tolerable and can visibly see swelling diminishing.
Also thanks for the mention of the perito exercise. I hadn't seen that yet, will be interesting when I'm healed a bit more!
