My question exactly! It looks great after the Trimix. Is it not useable?

Because I’m 35, and I don’t want to rely on shots for the rest of my life. If I were much much older and just started having ED, I would use the shots. But for
Me, I’m young and spontaneous sex is not doable with shots, and the implant will give me that. Plus, I’d be looking at doing the implant at some point anyway. Years and years of tri mix use in the frequency that I would be using it would damage my penis or I would
Be scared it would damage my penis and and implant would be the next step anyway

That makes sense, best of luck to you. I just had one thought - I'm a little confused why your surgeon would opt for the CX? From whatever I've read on here, that's usually the second option, especially for those folks who have plaque, bad case of Peyronie's etc. It does not expand like the LGX. Sure you can say that you have a good length already and don't need the 'extra' bump. But we all know there is some loss associated with surgery and wouldn't you go for the option that provides you ability to grow back a little? Also infrapubic is a bit harder for the patient. Sorry I could be completely wrong and I don't mean to confuse you at this point, but since it's a major thing in your life, I did want to make sure you considered all the options.
33 y/o, suffering from ED as long as I can remember. Never had random boners. Pills worked for a few years, but now losing efficacy. Venous leak confirmed by Dr. Garber. Likely going the implant route at some point.

All I know is what Dean Knoll told me and what he recommended. And he is extremely high volume with this surgery and travels the globe to teach how to do it correctly. He prefers infrapubic, and I didn’t question him on it. If it had been someone not as highly regarded as such a “Titan” in the industry like Knoll is I would definitely not have full trust but with him I do. Also, he suggested the CX because he said the LGX wouldn’t give me what I need in terms of length and the CX will give me a harder erection.

Neither of these statements is (necessarily) true.

I had an infrapublic implant with not problems whatsoever -- no pain whatsoever, approved to cycle in 1 wk and to have sex in 3 -- and lost no length and gained girth (with a Titan Touch).

From what I've read here, more people complain of pain from penoscrotal than infrapublic and those who complain of losing length previously suffered from complications that contributed to that or never accurately measured the size of their dick to begin with.

OP: There's no reason to second guess your decision and IMO the less time you spend on FT before the surgery the better, espeically if people are going to make you question it.

Best wishes & good luck!

Hi guys, I’ve been off the board for a bit dealing with life stuff, you know how it can be…

Anyways, insurance DID NOT cover my surgery so I will be paying out of pocket. I am just happy that I am lucky enough to be able to pay for it.

My surgery date is June 13th with Dr. Dean Knoll. I am beyond excited and thrilled to have this man do my surgery. He is currently in Hawaii teaching other surgeons how to do the IPP surgery and is averaging 13 implants a week!!!

His care coordinater (her name is Kim) has been absolutely amazing. Answering all questions and available anytime I need her. She has been with Dr. Knoll for 34 years and says he could do the IPP surgery in his sleep and that I have absolutely NOTHING to worry about.

I will update and let you all know as things get closer.

For the benefit of others who may also have to pay out of pocket, how much is Dr. Knoll charging you for the implant?

Congrats on getting scheduled for the implant. Hope all goes well. Stinks that you have to pay out of pocket but nice you are able to. Best of luck!
