I'm sorry but this is not true.

Every doc I spoke with and every IPP resource that I've read said the same thing. The length that you go into IPP surgery with is the length that you will come out with.

The length of my penis was 5.75" to pre op and it was the same post op but I gained about 1/2" of girth post op from 5.5" to 6" with the Titan Touch implant.

Can anyone else confirm this? Are you positive they didn't mean that the length you take into surgery is eventually the length you will get back after months of exercise?

I just don't really get it. It definitely did not happen to me. I came in 8.75". I came out about ~6.5". I don't know how it'd be different with different surgeons. Is this about the Titan Touch whereas it doesn't apply to AMS?

I spoke with Dr. Hakky today and asked when I would be to my normal size and he said 12 weeks post-op.

With an excellent outcome, sex at 4-6 weeks is entirely possible although it probably won’t be confidence inspiring best ever sex. You have age on your side which is a big plus for the healing process. The thing that gives me cause for caution is your HG deformity and history of injuries from marathon masturbation sessions. If your doctor needs to do extra work, you may have a longer recovery and that’s something you need to be prepared for.

My advice; don’t put the pressure of a timetable on yourself. Take whatever time it takes to heal properly and also get your mental aspects resolved. When the time is right, you’ll know it. That’s when you’ll be ready to start dating with Confidence.

Yeah Definitely injured the same spot over and over. Yet, until the most recent episode in November it functioned extremely well.

I'm 2 weeks post op and I could very easily engage right now. One of my biggest challenges at this point is not doing so. I'm still at 60% deployed and have been since surgery, so I wake up next to my lovely wife and REALLY want to do what comes naturally. I have no pain, the incisions are completely closed and it's difficult to explain in my head why I can't just...you know... do the thing.

I think I'll try to follow doctor's orders for as long as I can, but there may be a pleading text going out to him very soon.

As for size, I'm not sure what I was pre-op, since I stopped using pills awhile ago and never attempted injections. Inside a VED I was easily getting to 7 3/4, but that's not any type of fair comparison to outside a VED. Post op I'm now 6 5/8" and 5 1/4" girth. I'm not unhappy with that, especially since I'm only at 60% inflated.

I'll be ecstatic if I can eventually get to 7 and over 5 1/2 girth, but I'm very happy right now.

I have the AMS, and although it might look a little thinner on just an average day hanging out in my pants, I've yet to see it at full pump and with some additional external visual or manual wife supplied stimulation I'm only 16 days post op.

It's noticeably better in a good way in the mornings when I used to awaken with some natural engorgement, so I'm hopeful there is still more to ground to cover before I max out.

I'm cognizant that it'll spend 99.99% of the rest of my life tucked comfortably in my pants and not needed for anything other than peeing, so I was leaning towards the AMS product before I met with Dr. Clavell and after he looked me over he too felt the AMS was a better option for me. I know he installs both AMS and Titans, as he did at least one of each on the day I was implanted. I didn't want to deal with dog ears, crinkling or noisy pumps, and since I was never particularly girthy I wouldn't miss anything the AMS may not provide.

I think a lot of these comments are a little optimistic, and are very much in the ‘best case scenario’ side of the fence.

Of course everyone is different, and everyone will experience a different healing timeline but generally, and at least from my experience;

You will not come out of the operating theatre with the same size penis. This is simply not true. You should get back to your pre-op size, and possibly a little more with aggressive cycling but this takes time. Your dick will be bruised and swollen, and mist guys in here report a good 1 inch less immediately post op.

Sex in 4 weeks? Do-able maybe but it won’t be particularly pleasant. I still couldn’t sit properly at 4 weeks, couldn’t sleep in my side or stand for more than a few minutes without my balks feeling like they were about to drop off.

Will she notice? Yes. I don’t care what anyone says , at 4 weeks she will notice. You might be in pain, you certainly won’t be able to fully inflate for any great length of time without being very uncomfortable, yiu will still have a noticeable scar, especially if it’s penal scrotal, and let’s not forget any fumbling around where the two boys are she will notice a third….

Not being negative here, I love my implant but sometimes a little bit of honesty is best.

Someone mentioned Dr. Perito could get you back soon. That might be, not familiar with that. Was just my experience after AMS that 4-6 weeks was only when I first started cycling and inflating it didn't even seem to do anything. I was not even masturbating yet.

I'm 4 months in and very happy with the surgical outcome. Perito implanted Coloplast Titan. I just messaged him to see about any procedures to correct floppy penis. I used Tri Gel which helped but delayed orgasm so stopped using it and I have no problem with penetration. Had a bit of length growth and a nice amount of girth growth which I'm surprised. Anyone here get Floppy head procedure?
