A few years too young for Medicare. I wish it was more years away. But hey, I'm still kicking.
Post RP, I'm getting along fine with Quad Mix at the moment.
One thing I'm curious about is how men would weight the value of delaying the procedure by months, compared to being larger after the procedure. In other words, if you could have a penis 1.5 inches longer would you delay surgery by six months.
I see comments about stretching and such being suggested by surgeons in advance of the procedure. In the last few years I've experimented with various rehab options after my RP. None worked to my satisfaction so I developed my own process that worked for me and a few other people. We get about 0.02" per day so it's not even visible day by day, but it adds up.
I have been wondering if this could be successfully added ahead of implant surgery for most men. It would add some cost. Because it's "cosmetic" I doubt Medicare or insurance would pay. That means it would probably be 100% on the patient. That's why I wanted to range of implant procedure costs to put costs into perspective.
Apart from that, the next question is how desperate the average patient is to get their implant once they make the decision. If there is no panic then waiting about six months might not be a problem in exchange for being bigger forever. The process takes about three months, but I would want the surgeon to be 100% confident that the penis size they are basing the implant on will be permanent.
I personally would wait, but I'm having sex a few times a week. On the other hand if I was at my emotional end and salvation via implant was only a few weeks away, then maybe not.
