FWIW, I'm almost 3 weeks post-op myself. Per Dr's orders, I've been cycling for the last two weeks or so. I did start with some pain inside my scrotum, though I think it was mostly my testicles b*tching about sharing the space. That pain is mostly gone now.

Once I started cycling, I got a different pain in my scrotum - namely that the skin there isn't all that happy about all the squeezing it has to endure. Is that what you're having? If so, it will get better, though you'll have to work through it with regular cycling so that the skin there toughens up. Also, with practice the pump will loosen up and your technique will get a little better, which also makes it easier and less painful.

After two weeks of cycling, it's definitely started getting better for me. Pro tip - take a couple ibuprofen 30-60 minutes before you inflate/deflate.
61 yrs old. Had ED for 10+ yrs. On TRT. Used Viagra until it failed. Used trimix until it failed. ESWT helps a bit. With 20mg of Cialis qd I have occasional success. Seeing Dr. Hakky in March for IPP.

Yes it is the same problem. It's getting better, now one thing I don't understand is why even though in terms of cm I shouldn't be at the top yet, but at a certain point the pump becomes hard as stone and then I can't pump any further
