No it won't fully inflate to 7 inches at first. It will get to 7 inches, or a slight bit over, after several months or a year. But it will be smaller at first. Don't freak out about it - I lost about 2.5 inches at first. You'll get it back.

Right after surgery you have a lot of swelling. I really mean a lot. Men sometimes men think something has gone wrong when the swelling goes down. Like thinking there is a leak in the device or the device deflated. Time will tell if you will get back to that. If you can still get a little results from medications you can try those with the implant to see if it helps. So to answer the question most likely smaller when you start cycling. 6 months or a year or longer down the road who knows. Many have a larger device when it is replaced 5 or more years after the first. This will help young men in the long run. Tough to wait 10-20 years to get back lost size but not even a option for us older guys.

3 months postop. Had good tissue and blood flow still at time of surgery. Yes, it was smaller in those earliest days. 3 months in already and almost back to normal. Expect it fully back in time with more cycling. Harder than it’s ever been.

TB Hope you are still having a good vacation with your girl my friend I am on a vacation of my own I guess everytime I leave the hotel room it is pretty bad because I've got about 6 in sticking out and it looks like an obvious boner lol.

just give it time and don't be so consumed with it. Hakky is a great doctor. You will be fine.
