Right now I am relying on the pill to get erections, but they are less and less effective over time. My wife and I are waiting for the moment when the pills no longer work to get an implant. But we are afraid of losing my natural upward curvature that does a lot of tricks on her vagina, it's not a big dick but it works wonders with its 2 o'clock curve and boner. Some people says here they still have that curve after IPP, that gives hope, but probably there is a big chance it will be lost.

My erect dick now points at 4 and flaccid it points at 5 (sometimes 5:30) but it's stil not really "curved" if that's what this thread is actually about.

When flacid,it's still pretty stragint but hangs in a more downward angle over my balls, which still doesn't not make it any easier to "hide" because I wear pretty tight pants.
