I can imagine.

Women accepting it? My wife suggested that I get an implant twice before I brought it up.
Go ahead, say shes an old woman, you've been married a long time. All of this is true. But at the end of the discussion. She likes sex, she knew that the best chance that she had to get a sex life back was with an implant.
She watched a YouTube video of a surgery. She wasn't happy, but that did not change her wish for an implant. She didn't attend any of the appointments but did go on the day of surgery & drove us to our second home. She was super worried about infection. More worried than I was. She made sure that I had fresh clean clothes & bedding during the recovery. Pretty accepting in my opinion.
A one night stand won't likely scrutinize your genitals as much as a steady gf or a wife. Bed her a few times & I doubt that she'll care once she finds out. By then she knows how well it works & its too late for any reserved feelings.
If she does cause a fuss. You'll of learned by then about any cosmetic surgery that she has had. You can gently throw the hypocrite card at her. Even her Wonder bra or body slimming garments that she might use.
Too much worrying on this topic.

Living alone with ED is depressing, I have made decsion to get it fixed, it has taken great toll on my mental and physical health. I am not focused on my other goals for now, always dark thoughts in my mind. I am hopefull that insurance approves it and i can schedule an appoitmnet with the surgeon.
