hello gentlemen this is gonna get graphic but some guy from germany took cyproterone and temporarily killed his libido for 2 years. because he had pedophilic urges. 2 years and it healed his brain or something and he stopped taking it. and he does not have this fetish anymore.

my question is i also have a fetish not the same as this guy but if i got penile implant and took this testosterone or libido killer to get rid of my fetish would the testicles be damaged by the testicular atrophy and penile implant pump? maybe the testicles will retreat caused by the cyproterone and would the pump affect the testicles any such cases?

Also, consider your statement 'this guy from Germany'. How do you even know that what you read is legit? Are you prepared to destroy your own body because of something you read on the internet? (The irony of this statement doesn't escape me, but i'm trying to assist)

It is possible the story recounted by the OP is true, though slightly inaccurate. I recall an article about one man in Germany who was convicted of Pedophilia who was cured after an operation on his brain which removed a brain lesion that was also causing seizures.

I could not find the story on the internet but did find a number of medical journal articles on studies studying the relation of pedophilia to brain lesions and brain structures.

Google the phrase "pedophilia caused by brain lesion" and you will find them.

As far as this being the wrong forum in which to post, you may be right, but I have sympathy for the OP since a place to pose his question appears to be hard to find. But the question posed is not centered on pedophilia or any particular fetish. Its central question is what happens to testes, libido, etc when certain drugs are taken. The reason for taking those drugs is stated as pedophilia, but that is not the primary focus of the question (to my mind). Having said that, the issue potenntial involvement of innocent and underage victims is not lost on me and I do hope the OP does seek professional help in dealing with the underlying danger (potential criminal acts) related to his original question (how drugs and an implant may interact).

I do not believe there is any potential interaction between drugs (a chemical) and the implant (a mechanical device). Having said that, I will point out that if you do undergo chemical castration, you will still be able to achieve erections (mechanical), but you should have if the drugs do what I think they are designed to do) no desire to use that erection. You may also lose the ability to achive an orgasm and ejaculation.

In re-reading your post, I see that you do not admit to pedophilia, but to a different "fetish". I apologize for my earlier response (to another poster) seeming to conflate your fetish with the German fellow.

I will leave you with this: Drugs may relieve you of your fetish (my relieving you of all sexual desire, by the way) combined with an implant to (I assume this is in your mind) preserve your sexual function is NOT A SOLUTION LIKELY TO BE SATISFACTORY TO YOU. Seek a counselor to deal with the fetish. An implant will do (in my opinion) will do you much more harm than good and chemical castration remove more from your sex life than just the fetish-it will remove ALL of it.
