Arousal with an implant

3+ months postop here. Cycling daily and at max pump it’s too uncomfortable for arousal. It’s rehab & stretching after all. At about 85% it doesn’t hurt and when aroused my dick and glans swell. At orgasm, my glans is swollen and purple.

When not aroused is your penir cooler than usually it was before IPP? When aroused is it warm as normal?

I would say that, yes, it’s cooler when i’m merely cycling. I’m not aroused do no blood flow. Glans is smaller and i engorged. However, i still get blood flow into the spongiosum (underside) and glans when aroused, thus warmer. At moment of orgasm, it’s purple and throbbing.
