Well I am happy to report that I was able to max out the erection that's the good news. However it still takes 60 to 70 pumps before I reach resistance that I can't get through on the pump. Another happy note was that I picked up a quarter maybe 3/8 of an inch of lost length due to the surgery. I'm confident that it will all come back
Sex is easy all the new implantees don't worry about it it'll be easy. Of course that depends a lot on your partner but I have a great one. I've been cycling pretty much every day but we are on a cruise ship right now and we're trying to have as much sex as possible and the barriers have not necessarily been the implant but the three year Gap in sexual activity difficulty getting positioned without pain all the old people stuff. Sorry for the delay in putting the update out we just stopped in the Canary Islands first time I've had internet since we left Fort Lauderdale about a week ago. Randalltx- my experience may be a coincidence, but a couple of weeks after I started cycling I too had to pump 40-60 times to get to the point that I felt I was maxed out, and still could squeeze the bulb if I tried very hard. I jumped in my 104 degree hot tub for the first time since my surgery, and that night it took 12 pumps to get to max and the pump was as hard as a marble, I couldn't even get a partial squeeze in. It was the first time that every individual pump resulted in a visible change to my penis.

Maybe coincidence, but I think the very hot water helped my pump sort of 'seat' and find it's happy place. Since that time, it's been 10-15 pumps and I'm rock hard and aching in 30 minutes. If you haven't tried a very hot bath or hot tub, might be worth giving it shot.
