Implanted on Monday 17th April. My diary

Hello everyone, I have been visiting this precious forum every day for several months, where I learned a lot of useful information, for which I sincerely thank everyone.
The time has come to give my contribution in the hope that it will help.
In August I had a radical prostatectomy operation for a tumor, and I started having ED problems.
As if that weren't enough, a rather accentuated dorsal curvature occurred in early March. Pretty much game over....
Even though my wife has always been close and understanding to me, we had to remedy these problems which would inevitably get worse over time..... The only solution: surgery for induratio penis and implantation.
Also thanks to all of you and your advice, I sought out the best Italian surgeon, Prof. Antonini.
He operated on me on Monday April 17, three days ago, under epidural anesthesia (I didn't feel any pain) and implanted a Titan one touch 22 + 1 RTE with infrapubic access.
He discharged me on Tuesday and I was able to go home, fortunately he lives in Rome about twenty kilometers from the Quisisana clinic where he operated on me.
After three days it seems like a dream !!!
I send him photos of the drainage, penis and scrotum twice a day, the post-operative manager Enrico Gravina calls me every day to find out how I am, he has also given me the availability to come to my house to check on me !!!
I feel protected and together with friends, wonderful,

No pain that can't be killed with two painkillers a day.
No swelling, I can already feel the shape of the pump and the size pumped at 60/70% is optimal.
Tomorrow I will go to his studio to remove the drainage, next Monday he will teach me how to inflate / deflate and I will be able to start cycling.
I will keep you updated, I am available to all to answer any questions.

I had the same kind of experience as you. I'm almost 5 weeks post-op and am back to my normal activities and I mean all of them. It's great to feel like a man again to my wife. And she loves it You have a lot to look forward to and you are over the biggest hump and you will do very well.

Update 10 days post surgery: after 4 days my drain was taken out, things got a bit worse in terms of pain, nothing dramatic. Yesterday, April 25, I got the green light to start cycling. Like many I am concerned about the size, I have not measured it but it is at least an inch shorter than before .... the circumference is fine. Last night I started pumping maybe a little too much as I was in pain all night. I'm sure the surgeon has great experience .... Great comfort was given to me by all of you by reading your testimonies, for this I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel compelled to report my story to help those like me who had no idea what a penile prosthesis could be and the path to obtain it.
