The "massage" i learned from a post on reddit. It sounds super strange, but it worked very well for me:
I go into a deep squat position, then massage the BC muscle upwards with straight, quick strokes. Like if you're trying move blood from your buttocks to your dick by stroking over the BC muscle. I do this with pretty quick strokes and for like 1-2 minutes at a time. If i do it, i immediately feel my BC muscle loosen up and my dick gets very full and chubby. Also try to breath deeply and relax.
I do this wearing loose training pants and massage with my hand in the pocket over my underwear (so you can kinda glide over the muscle). You can also do it naked with oil or something.
It sounds weird but it worked amazingly for me. There are different massages, you can google, but this is what did trick for me.
Stretching, just a random lower body stretch program.
