13 weeks and 2 days when I masturbate it hurts, I don't reach orgasm, I have to quit
I've never read this type of problem here, everything seems normal but when I masturbate after a while the pain comes along the shafts and I have to stop, I'm eating my guts of what it could be, the doctor keeps saying everything is fine and that it will pass, I don't believe it anymore because the pain is really strong, as time passes the pain is always there with the same intensity, there are guys here who have had this kind of problem, the pain from the shafts extends to the glans and at the tips feeling very stretched and annoying, are there any kids here who at 3 months still had these problems?

Hey Frank. Try to remember that everyone heals differently. I’m about 15 weeks post op and I still have discomfort as you described. I trust my Doctor, and he tells me the same thing. It is getting better though. Try to be patient and trust the process.

Yes not to worry I had a similar problem, it passes with time. Be strong!

Out of curiosity does it hurt behind your balls where you can feel cylinders as well or strictly shaft forward?

From under the glans down to just over the middle of the shaft

Frank have you considered a fleshlight? I have found this to be more comfortable for masturbation than hand stimulation.

I had a Prostiva procedure 4 years ago (laser surgery on prostate) and since then i've had a problem with erection and orgasm and pain in my prostate and shaft. After the surgery i tried masturbating by stroking like normal but i found it wasn't the same. My penis wasn't responding and coming to orgasm as easily as it once did. The harder i stroked the worse it became. It really screwed me up mentally. Not orgasming is scary. Then you become anxious along with the pain you have and it's very scary. Urologists just didn't understand other than keep trying and prescribing pills. After some time and reading on here I discovered a thing called "hard flaccid" and that's what i had. It's where you have tissue internally that is hard and painful and blood isn't really passing through that area. So it's not really healing. And so trying to force it and stroke harder makes it worse. So what i learned is that by doing yoga and pelvic floor exercises it started to help and allowed my penis and the internal tissue around the prostate relax and stretch and start healing. Also what i did was massage by hand by pushing on my lower abdomen just above the penis allowed massage of the tissues. Try to massage the tissue around the injured part without directly touching the injured part to get blood flow to promote healing. Don't force it or try to stroke the injured part. Within two days my penis felt better and relaxed. I wanted to orgasm to release so I watched porn until i became aroused. You have to relax though do not force it. Touch your penis but don't stroke and certainly do not stroke the part that is in pain. Eventually just by holding my dick or wiggling it at the base or touch my glans while watching porn, i got aroused enough to orgasm without pain. Your going to have to be patient and work through it. It's going to take time. You are healing a part of your body that is in pain so be gentle. Eventually the injured part should start healing and feeling better so you can start lightly touching that area to get it to start healing. The main thing is to get to healing and experience an orgasm without pain to put your mind at ease so you won't think about it constantly. Don't stop doing pelvic floor exercises, you can do them anywhere at anytime sitting or standing. After showering really helps.
I hope that helps.

I cannot agree more with the Pelvic floor exercises, for sensation, for blood flow and especially for orgasm. I've had 6 procedures around my Pelvis (its any wonder why i can feel anything) so my pelvic floor has been annihilated over time.
Long story regarding them all (see signature for short story), but my spinal surgery in 2020 resulted in the worst. I had partial Cauda equina syndrome so lost sensation in my pelvis, genitals and bowels. As i was always severely constipated (Will always be this way now) i have to strain really hard on the loo. This tightens the Pelvic floor and makes things worse. Not only that it constricts the nerve and bloodflow pathway through the Pelvic floor.
The result was over 2 years of barely feeling my genitals and painful un filling orgasms when i could actually reach them. My healthcare team shrugged their shoulders and said it was Sacral nerve damage from the Spinal cord and nerve root injury and whatever i had at 2 years would be it. Fuck that.
After i got the implant in 2022 i too had pain for 6 months, mainly in the glans. It also didnt improve sensation or orgasm quality. My glans remained cold and blue most of the time.
At 9 months I started running again, doing wide stance deadlifts, pelvic floor exercises, leg stretching and deep breathing. Along with Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D and Pine bark extract (all for increased vasodilation)
My genitals are allllmooost as sensitive as before all my operations and orgasms are fantastic. Lesson learned dont always listen to the 'specialists'
There are many anecdotal studies on Pelvic floor dysfunction leading to erectile dysfunction, but especially sensation changes, that even i dismissed. I can unequivocally say that this can be the cause of many erectile problems and its worth the time for every Male to investigate this as a possible cause of their problems.
Give it time and things should start to improve.
Yes exercise will heal. When it comes to the penis , prostate and lower pelvic floor pain/inflammation , you gotta get busy doing those lower pelvic floor and yoga exercises. It's all about breaking up that tightness and getting blood flow in that area to heal it.
