Trimix Gel vs Misoprostol -- My Experience

For the brothers that need/want glans engorgement, I thought I would report that I continue to be VERY impressed with Misoprostol for that purpose, which increases my sensitivity and enables orgasms. I have now used it about a dozen times and it has worked as well as Trimix gel which I also have used about a dozen times.

In my personal view, here are the comparisons between the two:

Trimix gel (2 ml with 2500 mcg of PGE plus other components of Trimix): About $20 per dose of 0.3 ml (insurance doesn’t cover it), has to be inserted into the urethra and held straight up until it’s absorbed – maybe 15 minutes or so, then takes about 20-30 minutes to take effect. Good glans engorgement. Effect lasts for about 2 hours. Needs to be refrigerated.

Misoprostol (a generic med which is a PGE analog): about $0.66 per dose (with my Medicare insurance) of 400 mcg paste from pills, can be painted mostly on the glans and some on the shaft, can put a condom on and go about your business for about 45 mins to an hour while it takes effect. Good glans engorgement and half inch increase in girth. Effect lasts for more than 3 hours. Doesn't need to be refrigerated -- can prepare several batches in air tight containers for future use.

So obviously, to me Misoprostol is the clear winner. If anyone has differing opinions, please speak up. And if anyone wants more details on how to use it, just pm me.
