I've had some problems locating the pump and release valve because of post-surgery infection and/or swelling. At 9 weeks, I was able to get in around 8 pumps before the pump became rock hard. I hit the release valve and heard the gurgle and squeezed out the fluid. My penis is still rock hard, as it has been since surgery. Inflated, it gets marginally harder. I have inflated and deflated a few times in the past week.
I had intercourse a couple of days ago, uninflated. That's how hard it stays 24/7. Also, the release valve twisted and is upside down, whereas it was topside before. I didn't tell the girl about the implant and afterwards asked what she thought. She said it was weird and things were poking her, I told her I was implanted and she said, yeah, i could tell. It didn't hurt her, but she said it was a weird experience. I have told my doctor about the cylinder poking through and she said it gets better with time.
Also, there is no increase in size or girth when pumped. In fact, the cylinders thin out when pumped and I actually lose girth, if that makes sense. it becomes overall thinner. My doctor is 3 hours away and hasn't really done much except to say it will get better.
I know that I'm still early in the process, but it has been difficult to say the least.
