I finally have my revision scheduled on May 8 at 5:30AM. It will be an AMS 700 CX 21 CM with 3 CM RTEs. If this one break, I will go to the Coloplast Titian. I am doing my research for another Urology. Dr. Flatt is very good but, he only does the AMS implants. I didn't want to delay getting my implant anymore.

Well, the first one the cylinders burst and the second one the pump malfunctioned, but they think I have a leak in one of the cylinders.

That stinks that you've had two failures. I'm not sure why some docs will only implant one or the other.

Thank you! I got extreme use out of both of my implants. I am planning to do the same with my new one. I talked with my doctor about using the 24 CM cylinders, he claims the lines from the pump are too short. You have to special order the 24 CM cylinders. He talked to the warranty guy from AMS, hopefully he will modify lines from the pump to make longer.

getting a second implant in June. Pump failed two weeks ago
prior to that i loved it. worked great and was very happy with the results.
Dr said he may upsize from a 24 with 1 rte.
he is replacing the whole thing.

Good luck! Your doctor should upgrade you to 26CM. You shouldn't need any RTE's. LOL! I enjoyed mine also. I put a lot of milage on both of my implants. I don't know if that what made them fail but I used it almost every day of the week once I got the okay to use it.

Lol! No I am not a male escort. I spent some time overseas and I didn’t want to be tied down with one woman. I every woman that, I slept with wanted to marry me. I was very respectful and honest with them, but I never told them about the other women. I had a couple of women that saw me with other women but they still came back for more. I never told anyone that I had an implant, they wanted to know why it was so hard and they asked me what did I take. I told them I didn’t take anything but they realized that I was not taking anything because they were with me for hours and they never saw me take anything. I just went to the bathroom and when I returned I was ready lol! I know they were checking the bathroom for pills but they didn’t find anything. I would go for 2 to 3 hours. They tell me that I broke their pussies lol! I really enjoyed myself and I am ready to return back overseas for more. Out of a week 7 days, I would test the implant at least 12 times in a week. At least 3 to 4 different women a week. I had 1 woman show up on her period she was upset so I punished her by not seeing her for 2 weeks. She called me crying so I gave her what she wanted lol.
