Being Overweight and Having an Implant

Today was my first check up after surgery. I was 5-11 and 267 lbs, now I am at 249 lbs. That is a 17 lb drop. I still have a long way to go. I was on Ozembic for about 5 weeks before surgery. But went off of it 3 weeks ago. I do not know if that made the difference or my cutting back on intake contributed more than Ozembic. I hated taking Ozembic, made me throw up on about the third day after injection twice in that 5 weeks.

I think I am going to wait until a month after activation on June 2, 2023 to try Ozembic again

You can lose the weight if you have a goal and the motivating factors to do it For example getting rid of ED once and for all and getting more sex and appreciation by your partner because you are now bionic.

I am 270 lb roughly. I'm 5'9"... So morbidly obese, diabetic. Penis implant surgery went fine. They do want your blood A1C to be under 7 though, so your diabetes has to be well controlled.

Also keep in mind that per ~20lbs you lose you gain about a centimeter of externally usable penis length.

I am over 400 and had the implant. And I am having a serious issue. I have always been big and have never had a small penis. But here recently I developed hidden penis. And had the implant. And my penis is still in hidden penis mode.

The way I met her was when she was chasing another guy in the barracks who was avoiding her. So, I stepped up since I was young and stupid and willing to fuck any woman I found "naked in my bed". The other guy never did warn me why he was avoiding her and I was not smart enough to ask. This was 50 years ago. That's my excuse.

No, it should not affect you. The Dr., unfortunately, will size you up according to what he/she feels. Even if you have pics before the implant and you are hung, forget keeping it. I showed my Dr. the before pics, no dice. The did not believe me, so they put in what they wanted.
Next revision, have the before pics and will chose another Dr. I want my length back! Fuckers!
