100 days after implantation
hello implanted guys, a question for those who are ahead of me on the journey, in your implant journey do you happen to remember if 100 days after the operation after having finished sexual intercourse you had pain inside the scrotum where the pump is and the tubes pass and a little all the shaft and glans?
56, ED since 2010, pills work but not always and well, trt in progress improved but not so much, myocardial infarction january 2016, new stent september 2016, hypertension, venous on 1/23/23 titan one touch 22, no rte dottor Gabriele Antonini Italia

Sometimes if I’m doing weirder positions or going hard, for sure my pump area will get a hematoma for a day and my dick is sore. For sure.

At about 100 days postop i had my first sex. I was on holiday visiting my girlfriend and so we went at it everyday for about 3 weeks.
I still was uncomfortable pumping up to 100% for sex because of pain in glans and the full stretch caused soreness in the scrotum area as you described. Releasing pressure helped, but sometimes i’d have to quit after awhile because of the soreness in aforementioned areas. Overall, i was very happy that ANY sex was happening, no less daily.
Now at 4 months i can pump up fully with minimal pain and leave it there a solid 1/2 hour. Still cycling but hoping for longer tolerance at 100%.
Sensitivity is still improving at 4 months and soreness issues are fading with each passing week.

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
