I have attached two pics, this is about as deflated as I can get. I have tried everything.
It kind of looks and feels like the left side is deflating more than the right. The cylinder on the left side is just easily malleable when deflated, they move around, on the right side it is still a bit stiff and does not move.
Could this mean, the left side is deflating more than the right? Or is it simply due to the peyronies dent on the left side? I am getting some pain and discomfort on the left side. Staying flaccid can be quite uncomfortable.
I am trying to book in to see my surgeon, it may take a few weeks till I can see him, and that will be a video consult.
Please help. I am 3 months out and really doing my best.

maybe try stowing the penis to the right side and see if you can progressively coax it to a straighter position?
50 yrs old. E.D. issues started around age 35, combo venous leak/testicular failure. Bilateral testicular implants for severely atrophic testes. Implanted 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer LGX 21cm + 1.
