Also, regarding "floppy head". I could feel the tips of the Titan well into the glans immediately after surgery, even though it was deflated. Even now, a year and a half later, I can still feel the tips into the glans when I'm fully flaccid, as well as erect. Everyone is a little different, but in my case I gained a total of about 1/4 inch in my erection, and that was all in the first 3 months. Nothing since then, nor do expect any more. When "pumped to the max" the cylinders are at their full length, so there's no more length to gain. During the first 3 months pumping to the max or close to it was painful as I was stretching tissue to accommodate cylinders which were slightly oversized. The only way you will gain length with a Titan (or AMS CX) over time is if the cylinders are not able to expand to their full length initially. Then you can gain as things stretch, though it might be painful as it was for me. But the cylinders themsleves don't stretch lengthwise like the LGX's do. So, when you get the cylinders fully inflated to the max length, that's it.
